Maaco Chelmsford did an excellent job restoring my 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT. It's a small car but there are a ton of parts that need to be removed for paint. Its also a zombie platform and parts are almost impossible to find. There were many delays and the job took longer than expected but great work takes patience and time and this needs to be understood before deciding to have a vehicle painted.

The level of professionalism displayed was subpar, with inadequate communication and a lack of initiative from the staff. Despite Maaco's reputation as a well-established company, the experience was marred by delays in the painting process, which only progressed after the owner's intervention. Moreover, the service provided for my brother's vehicle was unsatisfactory, with errors in tinting and an unwillingness to correct the mistake, leading to a significant financial burden due to Uber fees. I would not recommend this business to others.

Decided to get my daughter's car painted pink. Rich and his team were amazing to work with. The paint and price were fantastic. I would go back there anyday!

Great experience working with Rich on my Sentra. Damage was extensive especially on the quarter panel. Needless to say they did an amazing job. Love the final outcome! Highly recommend.

My car has been dropped off 2 times. Once for the initial paint job. Then a second time a week later due to miss communication for the initial job. I was thrilled with the color but less than thrilled as I opened my door to see paint chipping and peeling in places. We initially brought the car in for peeling and bubbling paint and asked for the vehicle to be completed redone to keep it from rusting. Sorely disappointed in the job. The owner is very nice, easy to speak to, but the work they have done is a bit sloppy, not well don’t and filled with miscommunication. When I pointed things out they took my vehicle out back for a quick retouch and provided me with a container with some paint so I could re touch other things i see but I don’t think that will help in areas where it is peeling.
