I had a good experience from beginning to end. Rachel gave me a good estimate for changing the color of my car from red to purple. I took it in on Halloween and got it back a week later. I was very happy with the results.

My car was promised within one week, but I had to wait another week or all. I am satisfied with the value and the price and the overall completion of the paint job I get it. I’ve been receiving a lot of compliments on the paint job. I highly suggest you go to Maaco for your body Painting just put on your patience cap.

I would HIGHLY suggest do not use this company for your painting needs. I had my car painted here about 2–3 weeks ago, and unfortunately, the paint has already started chipping. In addition, there was noticeable overspray on the tires, rims, side steps, and even on my new windshield sprayers. I reached out to the shop and provided photos of the issues. Their response pointed me back to the contract language stating they are not responsible if the paint comes off. As a customer, I was disappointed by this response and by the quality of the work given the short timeframe. I plan to report my experience to the BBB, contact Maaco corporate, and explore further options. I’m sharing this so others can be aware of my personal experience before choosing where to take their vehicle.

I am am a happy customer when I arrived at Macco I was approached by a young lady. Her name was Rachelle Martinez. Her customer service was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. She gave me an estimate which was fair. I did tell her that I would be back just waiting for my tax refund. She was very understanding. I cannot wait to go back and get my car done. 😊

Drove 20 minutes to Macco 3/2/26 in Fresno, arrived at 4:42pm for a paint quote. Front clerk lady welcomed me and asked me to wait for the quote (I said no problem). A man then told me at 4:50pm to schedule an appointment because they close at 5:00pm and that it takes 15 minutes to do a paint quote. If they couldn't spend extra 5 minutes to gain the business of a customer, it is probably not a good indicator of how they will treat your car. I'd recommend going to a shop where customers are valued and not seen as just a number.
