Update 2-The original paint job was an insurance claim, but they couldn’t find my info in their system. I told them it was and that I had only paid the deductible and insurance covered everything else. I left to find my original claim information to show it was exactly what was on my invoice. I provided that document and the manager said the contract was modified by the previous manager so technically this was listed under insurance work. Ok, I don’t have much experience with insurance claims and that was my only claim I’ve ever filed. I trusted them to figure it out for me, but that screwed me later on. Maaco did a phenomenal job on my son's first car. I bought It in on the Friday before Christmas and they had it done by Tuesday before Christmas. We just on Thursday. They did an amazing job and the customer service was professional Friend, the dentist help me. I can't remember his name. Help me stay very close to the budget that I had. Thank you. It was the best Christmas ever my 17 year old son said! Here's the before and after. God bless you guys!

Great experience. Delineate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything. He provided me with the price point for different options and let me chose what was best for my budget. He also provided updates about the timeline of completion. My SUV looks great!!

My paint job had a few paint imperfections, but for the price, I can get past it. Dalontae was excellent. He communicated well during the process and provided an Uber for me to get to my other vehicle. Kenny needs to work on his soft skills and customer service. If it wasn't for Dalontae I would have went somewhere else. I normally don't do surveys but they kept sending me texts to do so. 5 stars for Dalontae. Give that man a raise.
