This company definitely exceeded my expectations! I had my car in one week as told. They gave me a very good rate vs the other 4 places I went to which was ridiculously expensive!! The work they did, which was to repaint my bumper and repair the back left side of my vehicle (minor paint job) was done to perfection!!!. This is the Greenville, NC location. All staff was Amazing, very professional, and Super helpful. I give 10 stars!

Terrible service. Had them do the body work to my 2019 jeep Cherokee after an accident, when the vehicle was finally ready I went to pick it up and had a check engine light on from wires they forgot to hook back up, took it back to them to get that problem fixed only to have them call me and tell me is was an issue with my AC for them to then call me back later that day and tell me it was the wrong vehicle mine was ready. Why are you not able to keep info correct. And after dealing with them for weeks on end and it being sub par work I finally gave up and just accepted the jeep back with the front bumper and headlight still not being accurately fixed which you can see in the photos comparing the driver side to the passenger side, where the passenger side is still messed up and looks bad. T

The paint job was done very well . The interior of the car was left extremely dirty. When I dropped off the car it was clean . Now my seats look grey instead of the black that tbe factory put in . They lost one of my HEMI badges which I just ordered from Amazon for $60. And instead of doing as requested and put all of the lettering trim in a cup for me to install they attempted to re stick them on the car in the wrong places ie: the One HEMI was stuck on the driver’s door instead of the front fender as is normal . All that being said the body and paint were done well .

I got an excellent paint job for the price. I have had nothing but compliments on the paint job. I would recommend anyone that needed a vehicle painted to check out Macao in Greenville North Carolina . You will not be disappointed it will be well worth your time to check them out.

Scheduling was a breeze, and they did not have my car very long. I had some minor bodywork done (door dings) along with a full paint job. They did a FANTASTIC job on my car, and she looks brand new! I am pleased with the outcome. See the before and after pictures!
