I debated on leaving this review because I hate complaining or thinking I’m making someone else look bad but this is my personal experience. I came in with trunk damage due to someone running into the back of my car. The staff was nice and straight to the point but if I have to admit, it seems like it’s all a big rush to get your car in and no matter how long it takes you’re stuck without a vehicle. Due to a holiday passing and inclement weather, it seemed like it took forever and the communication was off. I didn’t expect a call everyday but a simple curtesy call once every 3 days with an update would have sufficed. I felt like I was nagging.
