Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

As someone who reads reviews before going to spend my money somewhere, this review will be very helpful for any newcomers. Maaco staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable with every part of the process. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to sign or pay anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. They are very responsive with telephone calls and keep you in the loop of any thing that comes up. They were courteous and kind enough to give me a ride to my rental car place. When I finally received my car from the shop, I was completely shocked. The car looked brand new and I couldn’t have done a better job myself. They explained the aftercare of the paint and Vehicle needs. Included are before and after pictures for everyone. 10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend coming

Absolutely worst experience I’ve had with a paint shop… I brought my parts sanded down with only needing additional touch up/body work and paint . I Left and returned a week and a half later to only 1 part painted out 3 painted, when I left specific instructions….. left for another week and a half to then return to my parts having paint runs,cracks,indentations and to top it all off the wrong color grey vs pearl white. Mistakes happen i understand but the front desk gentleman Logan submitted the wrong vehicle description with the wrong paint code. If you value your time and would like your car to actually be the correct color I suggest you find another Macco that cares about the quality put out.

*Edited Review 10/7/2025* So I had returned to Maaco three times since my initial visit, and fortunately at least they were willing to work with me to address the items damaged / missing / not well done as per their warranty. Got my licence bracket back, and they did fill and repaint my front bumper (looks even better with a second coat). They painted over my licence indicator light lenses, so they took a razor knife to clean them with. They look kind of shoddy now... So I am going to replace those parts. They replaced one of the gouged window seals, and the other I ended up replacing myself. They also repainted my doors where there was a noticable blemish, which had an adverse chemical reaction to body fillers causing an even further delay. Should you choose Maaco, be prepared to c

To be frank, Maaco can do good work if they follow the rules of paying attention to the job needed, bringing a surface to its needed quality before continuing to the next phase. Not prepping and bringing a surface to meet the next phase can bring forth bad end results, this i experienced with my vehicle which had oxidation on roof and on hood, which was the reason to getting a full paint job. So did they do a good job yes, but I should never have had to leave my vehicle for another week to get the job done right, so would I recommend Maaco, yes, with caution, be alert to the work done.

Took my son’s gray Toyota Tundra to This Maaco location for his Christmas wish for a color change. We went with Toyota Black. Everyone is asking if we bought a new truck?? Great paint job by a really good professional team. Btw my father retired from premier auto body show room cars and I know good auto body workmanship when I see it.
