I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I've been bringing my rental vehicles here almost every other week, and the quality of work has only deteriorated over time. Initially, everything went smoothly, but it seems like once they realized they had our business, they simply stopped caring. One of our rental cars was out on a trip when the window fell off during a rainstorm after they had completed a paint job on the door. Upon inspection, I found that bolts were missing, leaving the window improperly secured to the regulator. This wasn't an isolated incident either. In recent visits, I've had to purchase new clips and parts to fix multiple issues that were left unaddressed by the shop. Customer service was ok, every helpful. My only complaint is that it seem like the workers has difficulty or not reading the job details for a particular car. I had bring it back because the hood was not stripped as what was quoted. The customer service took car of it no problem. Car looks great for the price.
