Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

I had the Miata done 9 months ago. No complaints; they did a great job. I will be back with another soon. The new ownership is great, and I hope they continue to do great work.

4 1/2 Stars… Missed the full boat only due to miscommunication/misunderstanding on badges being painted, but all was taken care of with relative ease! Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to get a solid paint job on their vehicle…. What I requested and paid for was a reasonable price for something less than “show quality” but more than just a basic “paint and sell”. Very happy with the final results and will do business with Maaco of Tom’s River again. Thanks guys! A few pics of before and after included.

Scott & the crew at Maaco in TR are amongst a few survivors in a trade that is sadly fading away in the auto body repair industry. They can shape metal by hand like it was never incorrect to begin with! Fortunately for me, Scott touched base via email after an online inquiry to repaint my newly purchased to me, Ford Explorer with the typical rocker panel rust & heavy sun spot exposures. Everything was cleaned up as discussed and updated mid-week when the job needed more than estimated (well appreciated to not be blindsided upon pickup). If you’re contemplating Maaco, choose this location. This SUV is not the same looking vehicle as when I purchased it (see specific photos attached). I am excited and proud to ride around in this now almost 20 year old car!

Love this particular Maaco on Dover Road in Toms River. They have always done a great job fixing my car and this time, I actually had them paint my entire car a different color. It’s 15 years old and everyone is asking me if I got a new car, looks fabulous! Many thanks to Tom, Scott and the crew. You guys rock!
