Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

After I was informed that the local Toyota dealer shut down their body shop I was having a hard time getting someone to repair my Tundra. I jad just seen their TV commercial and walked in their shop. I met Anna and what a breath of fresh air, ecxellent customer service. She was able to take my vehicle in, get parts ordered for the repair and less than 2 weeks my truck was repaired. The paint match was perfect, all seams matched factory fresh. I could not be happier with the quality of parts install, painting and final finish on a 15 y/o vehicle. Excellent and quality work performed by Anna and her team.

We had our daughter’s car towed here after an accident. The staff—especially Anna—are nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Our insurance lacked on communication with us, but Anna was relentless in getting updates and keeping us in the loop. Our car was totaled, so we didn’t have repairs done, but if we are ever in need of this type of service, I won’t go anywhere but Macco. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Let me me start by saying I had hell finding a body shop that would take the insurance company of the driver that hit me. I called 5 different shops and was told straight up we don't do work for State Auto. It was such a relief when Maaco told me they would. I was so tired of dealing with everything that comes with an accident specially during the holidays!! I just wanted my truck fixed, and I wanted it fixed right. They understood that, and got the process rolling asap.I can't say enough how much I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy I received from beginning to end. Damien and the staff were great! I took my car to to Macco to have repaired after someone hit me. The process was so easy and the staff are amazing. My car looks amazing and it was fixed in a timely manner.

Hands down definitely one of the best in the business. They are fast and efficient. Great customer service. Great at communicating with you through out the whole process. I highly recommend them. And Anna from Waco, tx is the best at what she does.
