We went to have my car changed from blue to pink. The first pink I looked at, I didn’t love it, I just liked it. I told Mr. Alex I wished for a little glitter, more like barbie. He pulled out a set of colors for me to choose from, I found the color I loved within seconds. The customer service was outstanding. Mr. Alex talked us through our estimation sheet and made sure to answer all questions. We didnt feel rushed even though there were about 4 other customers in office. He politely greeted anyone that entered the facility, including children. When we picked up my car, several employees communicated with us. They seemed just as excited as I was. I was absolutely blown away with the level of service I received from the moment I walked in the door. Alex explained the 3-6 different paint options and I decided to go mid-range with a 4 yr warranty. My car is 10 yrs old so figured this was sufficient. Alex explained some possible issues with clips breaking and even told me how much they'd be if they needed to be replaced. I LOVE that level of details! Nothing broke so we were good. Told me 2-3 weeks turn around time but they had it done in just over 2 weeks and it looks fantastic! Alex and Parker are top notch guys who made sure I got everything I needed before, during, and after the painting process. Alex didn't pressure me into a paint package I didn't want or need - he understood my goals and outlined the ins and outs of what each package would get me. Parker worked with me when I had to come in to help remove my car's hard top as well as gave me a solid recommendation on a company in town to use for scheduled waxing. Above all else, Alex and the crew took care of my car when no other body shops or restoration shops between Wilmington and Raleigh would touch it because of how old the car is.
