I recently returned to Maaco to have my car repainted. A few years ago, under different management, I experienced peeling after a previous paint job, so when I came back in October 2025, I carried a bit of hesitation. From the start, the difference was undeniable. Although there were a few delays during the process, Amanda communicated with me every step of the way. She ensured I was never left wondering, and that alone spoke volumes about the integrity and commitment of this team. The real moment of truth came when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. This location is great! The people are great! They all seem to care about my car as much as I do. I had a giant rust spot that was slowly eating away at my entire rear driver-side door. They made it look completely new. Very impressive, and somewhat magical work. I highly recommend this location for all body work. The price point was perfect!

My name is Nikki and I got my car painted October 2017 at the York location at Maaco. I would not recommend using this company if you want a good paint job that will last! The front bumper has been repainted twice and still coming off in chunks. I got the paint that was recommended to me that would last and spent the extra money instead getting the cheaper paint to just put on to make look nice to sell. The sales rep told me was just under the factory paint and that it will last if taken care of. I keep up with my car inside and out including waxing every 6 months! Very Very Very disappointed that it has not lasted because I wanted to keep this car as long as I can and now the whole car needs to be stripped to be made right. Great work. Great communication. Car looks awesome. There were some minor blemishes noticed at pickup, but the team at Maaco is more than happy to make it right. We appreciate that level of customer service and would recommend Maaco to anyone needing paint and body work!

Terrible experience, I do not recommend them. I took my car to this shop for a paint repair after an accident, and the service was a complete disaster. They took longer than promised to deliver it, and during the process, they broke the rear window. Without consulting me, they replaced it with a generic one, and only after I complained did, they agree to install the original factory glass. By the time they finally installed the correct window, my car had been sitting in the shop for several days without protection in that area, accumulating polishing dust, fiberglass residues, and dirt all over the interior. On top of that, it seems they don’t properly cover vehicles when painting, as the rest of the car was covered in paint residue. I had to return multiple times to have it polished and c
