I recently had a challenging experience at M&B Motors due to some initial dishonesty, which led me to leave a negative google review. However, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible turnaround thanks to the new general manager by of Adam Hodge. After I expressed my concerns, the manager reached out to me personally and took the time to listen to my issues. I truly appreciate the effort put into ensuring customer satisfaction, and I can see that this dealership is on a positive path under new management. Went to look at a 2014 ford edge limited, negotiated with a guy named Miquel over facebook marketplace, pictures look like it was a very nice car, I live 2 hours away, made the trip, car was miss represented, very very nasty car is an understatement, I can’t believe he is asking what he is for these cars , wasted nothing but my time, highly do NOT recommend!!!!lmfao the scam artist took down the facebook marketplace post and his profile 🤔

Drove three hours to buy SRX had an agreement with the seller that he would open the shop for me on Saturday since they’re not there on Saturdays got there and he was in the process of selling it to somebody else. Didn’t offer me any gas for the inconvenience I would not purchase another vehicle from them. I advise everybody to make sure that if you go there you get there before anybody else does because they’ll sell the vehicle underneath you. I guess their policy is first come first serve and their word means nothing.

The guys at M.A.B. Motors did a wonderful job of being patient and kindly answered all of my questions and concerns, without making me feel like I was an annoyance. I would, absolutely, recommend someone to drop by and talk to them if they are in the market for a used vehicle.
