Mac Haik Ford Quicklane

I’m on my third vehicle from here but Not really seeing anything quick about this service. Scheduled Oil change and going on almost two hours before it was done. Had to ask for a sticker and the information the young man put on it wasn’t even correct. Oil change at 20k with full synthetic should get me 7500-10k miles and 6 months before next. He put today’s date and 5k next recommended. No seat or floor protection during servicing either so mechanic just sitting in my cloth seat with dirty clothes n such. Guess the little things and attention to detail are lost in the current generation

Worst customer service!!!!!!!! Only reason I came here was cause i had 2 free oil changes with my purchase. Took my truck for the last oil change last saturday, now my truck is saying i have 6% of oil left. Don't bother calling, no one will answer and if they do, they will either hang up or loop you in to being on hold. Save your time and money, Do Not do ANY business with this location.

First time was ok, I had 6 tiers replaced and oils change.. all was good. When there was a issue with one of the tiers not keeping air presser that day. When took it back so they can fix it they wanted to charge me for the fix and I had to wait 3.5 hrs. For a tier valve stem they damaged when they put the new tires. But they finally fix the problem with out charging me after 3.5 hr wait.

The quick lane service department has the best service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. The two service advisers that I met, Tammy and Hunter, were very professional. When I went in for an oil change, Tammy was patient enough to fully explain my pre-paid maintenance plan (since it is overly complex IMO) and she even got me a great price on new tires. When the tires arrived from the warehouse I came back to the dealership to have them put on my truck. Since Tammy was in the area, she was nice enough to stop by the dealership on her day off to make sure I was taken care of. Hunter ensured I got great service when I arrived to get the tires put on the truck. He even stayed after his shift to wait until the job was complete. Great job Mac Haik!
