This is a rip off company I don’t know how you got. Five stars must’ve been your friends, but I got pulled over for having no drivers license which I understand. That is my fault but at the same time you tow my vehicle not even to an impound, it looked like your backyard and you tell me that the service and total fee is $475 from the motel you pick my truck up from Plaza Inn where the officer told me to pull in and from where you’re at was only four minutes so you didn’t even go over 10 miles you were under 10 miles and my truck does not weigh over 10,000 pounds and even if you got dispatched by a police officer, they have a cap out by the state of Texas you overcharged me because your little town doesn’t have enough people and money in it and it’s all rundown, and she took advantage of

I arrived at Macarias with a flat which forced me to stay in Freer Texas the previous night. The shop did not have the tire I needed but Macaria called around without having to do so and connected me with another nearby shop who did have the tire. Excellent customer service!

Really friendly place and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend for truck drivers and trucks and cars as well . I’m glad I found them . Great service

This shop is a very friendly client customer oriented company. Everyone at the was very friendly and fast and right to it. They had my car ready as soon as I got there. I will be coming back to the shop for more of my cars work. Thank you for everything Macaria's Tire Shop!

A complete Godsend . Highly recommend this amazing lady . I had a flat tire , praying under duress , I get to a safe location . I was on hold with roadside assistance to no avail .
