I had a mixed experience, but the customer service really saved it. I’m giving 4 stars because the truck didn’t arrive within the initial time window I was promised, which was frustrating while waiting on the side of the road. However, once Seth arrived, things took a turn for the better. He was incredibly helpful and his communication was top-notch—he kept me informed and handled my car with care. If the punctuality matched the quality of the staff, it would be an easy 5 stars.
