I blew my tire last night when leaving JFK airport and heading onto the Belt parkway. I called Geico and they told me it would be approximately an hour for a tow service. Seth arrived within 15-20 minutes! It was around 11:30 pm and he showed up with a kind smile and ready to help. Seth quickly removed the flat and replaced with my spare. The whole process was fast and professional. I would highly recommend! Thanks so much Seth!!
Used MacArthur towing today. I had a blowout on the hwy , Called and spoke to Mike . Their quick response and couteous service were second to none. They went the extra mile and coordinated bringing and servicing my vehicle to the repair shop. They can handle any tow or repair Highly recommend !
