I’ve been without a car for about 3 months and was dreading the process of having to go spend an entire day in a dealership because that’s usually what my experience has been. However that’s not what my experience was yesterday at all. As soon as I walked in the energy was calming and Elicha got me in and out with not hassle. She has such an amazing spirit and was super helpful with finding affordable insurance while I went for my test drive. The entire experience was swift, accommodating, and informative. I would highly recommend because I didn’t feel like I was being hustled into a purchase. It was a calming experience that made me feel seen and valued that my needs were met. I honestly felt like I was having conversations with family while making a purchase. Thank you so much Elicha!!!

So when I was hit by another driver at no fault of my own causing the mustang I inherited from my dad to be declared a total loss, you can imagine I was having a pretty bad day. On top of all that, I HATE shopping for cars. It just so happens the body shop my mustang went to was right across the street from MacDonald Motor Sales and they had 3 mustangs on the lot. I drove by there with no serious intent on getting one of them but just out of curiosity. I met Brian on the lot. Fast forward about a week and I'm driving away in one of them. Brian was a pure delight to work with. He was very easy going, relatable and genuine in regards to my situation. He wasnt pushy at all. He was just there to be helpful. And the car has been amazing so far. Nicest purchase Ive ever made. Definitely recommen

I was new to the area and didn’t really know where to start after a driver ran into my car and totaled it. I started with dealerships that didn’t work for me, and then I went to Carvana that was very complex not working for me either and more expensive than I needed to spend. So I looked up the used car dealers in my area and found several. I checked Better Business Bureau records. I checked reviews for several in the area and found McDonald’s motor vehicles for used cars to be the very best as far as a A+ rating with Better Business Bureau. Good reviews a few things it didn’t really work out, but nothing really bad but just some communication issues and so I decided to go to McDonald’s. I found this to be an easy and very pleasant experience considering it takes a lot of signing in a lot

This was an AMAZING experience! i came in scared to purchase a vehicle and Elicha made this a seemless process! she is beautiful number one! they were super fun and a very comfortable environment you can tell everyone here is super close and value eachother! if this lady just got a raise you know what GIVE HER ANOTHER ONE! she gave great life advice and seems super chill! and yeah she had a small fan and that breeze felt nice

Exceptional customer service and support. Just got my second car from there today and Elicha was standing on business! Couldn't ask for a better place to purchase a vehicle from. They really do care about their customers. I'm definitely coming back to purchase a truck next. Highly recommended 👌
