Macer Towing and recovery I don’t know where to start. These guys are next level top shelf professional to start they make you feel at home. I had an emergency where my truck was disabled on the freeway they were to my location within 15 minutes with a gentleman to track the initial problem so my truck could be moved and with a semi bobtail so they should drag my trailer to the yard! Once at their yard, the gentleman, Antonio had me pull into the shop And as long as it took me to step away and use the restroom, also walk my dog when we returned. Antonio was fast at work. They allowed me to rest in my truck as a nap is good at any time when you’re over the road, Trucker and upon my awakening, I looked out and he already had all the brand new parts and most of the welding complete all in all

These people are the biggest scam of the world. Especially when it comes to warranty work, I had a starter put in 3 weeks later. It was defaulted and now they want to charge me money. When it's under warranty, this is not right. They should go after the manufacturer. Not me. I waited 6 and a 1/2 hours. To put a starter in and they jerked me around at the end said, I had to give him a 150 Bucks, that's not right. A starter should take three and a half hours, because when they put the new one in first, that's what it took beware of these people, they scam people, they know what they're doing

Went through the weight station on i94 East bound side. Was put out of service because my brake chamber was bad. I called Macer Towing & Recovery. Juan the mechanic came out and changed everything out. Service was fast and professional. Thank you so much mechanic Juan.
