Mach-1 Express Wash of Rockmart

Went through the car wash this morning. Only washed the front and rear window with water, no soap. As soon as the water hit my windshield it smelled like sewage or dirty mop water. The smell got worse as the car went through the wash. An hour later and I still have the smell inside my car.

Went to go wash my car and vacuum. The mechanical part of the wash, some of them weren’t even working. Especially towards the end. Vacuuming my car, the vacuum pressure wasn’t it, hardly picking up anything in my floor boards. Will definitely not come here again, especially after my first visit.

This place is trash. I paid for the top level and got a crap wash. Weak pressure cause half the sprayers inside the wash to get on my truck. The dryers at the end never came on. This is the third time giving this wash a chance. I hope a larger companies buys them out cause they are terrible.

The wash itself has gone downhill for quite some time but one of the employees by the name of Robin always helps out and it's with a smile unlike the rude redhead that's usually there. I hope they can get better people and services before we have to cancel our membership.

I like the car wash itself. It's one of the better ones around, but there are some issues with vacuums. Every time I come today, I went to 4 different vacuum stations. None of them worked. So why would people want to pay a monthly fee? And join a club for a facility that can't keep their vacuums running. Where customers don't have to run around looking for a vacuum that works why you've got workers inside. They act like they don't even want to be at work. Seems like the same trash is here from week to week. Why can't they get out when they're not doing anything and pick up the trash and make their business a little bit cleaner? So today, my real pet peeve is the vacuums that are hardly ever working. Please get this fixed.You may have more people.Join your monthly club
