Mach-1 Express Wash Pennsauken

I wish I would had read the reviews before coming to this place. But this is the first time I’ve been to a bad car wash. The machine only cleaned the sides of the car, and didn’t even clean the windshield, hood or roof. My windshield was still dirty, there was still dirt on my hood and near the rear wheels, there was still dirt.

The place is convenient but a waste of money: I only have two stars because the staff is always helpful and friendly! But the wheels/tires don’t get washed, the place leaves soap on your car, and the dryer does not dry. Today, it only put tire shine on two tires. The place is falling apart. I’m on autopay so I will be closing my account because I have complained for months now and nothing is being done. Corporate is aware but doesn’t care. I closed my account Went back over two months later to see if anything was fixed. The brush is still broke and don’t clean the top of your car which I still have bird droppings on. This car wash is always breaking every time i go. First time my car went through never got washed, said they were going to offer a refund because they shut it down and i never got one. Second time i went through half way, and it stopped again then i had to wait for them to give me a receipt to send me through again. Which took longer then expected. Never coming back.

This used to be my go-to car wash for a quick wash. But after my last few visits, it's off my list. On one visit part of the tunnel wasn't working, hence half the car was not cleaned. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do that. They said "just ask for a free wash next time," but offered no proof that I was owed one. Meanwhile, for the last few visits, as recent as yesterday, I leave saying "my car still needs a wash." Even simple surface dirt is not being removed. It's no better than "half a wash." Perhaps OK in an emergency, but I don't plan to return.

Nasty place . I used to own a car wash . Water is recycled and dirty . Dryers don’t function properly; car comes out soaking wet. Most of the vacuums are broken . My first and last visit . I recommend Team car wash ; much better experience…
