The best roadside assistance service that I've experienced by far! Great pricing and arrived in a timely fashion. They changed my tire within minutes and also provided recommendations on the tire shops nearby to get a new one.

Super pushy about downloading the app and doesn't give that much of a proper quote. Only allows one location to be inputted plus if you call the number, again pushing the app. PLUS THEY MAKE YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT. They want all the info.

I used the Mach1 Roadside Assistance app to tow my roommates Miata to the shop for some electrical work because it wouldn't start. After requesting a tow through the app the tow truck showed up within 15 minutes, the car was hooked up in 5-10 and the whole process was complete in about 30 minutes!!!! The car was then towed to the shop I chose for the price agreed on in the app!!!! USAA said it was going to be hours before they could dispatch a tow and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars?!?! This company got everything done in under 30 minutes and it cost $75!!! Truly amazing experience!!!

Mach1 provides service quicker than any motor club I have worked with and at reasonable prices. I look forward to utilizing their services in the future if I am in need of roadside assistance.
