Called and asked a simple question. The man who answered was so incredibly RUDE for no reason.

Wonderful experience here today with 2 of my vehicles. I've had trouble in the Staunton area for the past several years having to "make appointments" and getting the run-around trying to get my vehicle inspected. I always feel like it's an inconvenience to some of these shops, but not here. I showed up today and was gone within an hour, went and got another car and had exactly the same experience the second time. No notice given or appointment made. Thoroughly inspected my vehicles and provided me with new stickers, with no extra BS. Seriously, it's worth the drive out of town to get actual good service. Will be returning.

Never met such a rude nasty person in my life!! Im assuming by his age he was the owner... he has been inspecting my wifes car for years and always passed it and nothing has changed since last inspection but was nasty and rude and said it's not passable!? But he passed it last year with nothing different. Horrible attitude and not professional whatsoever... but yet inspected my car just a month ago and other tech didn't even check anything but the lights and put a sticker on!! Maybe someone needs to know the illegal stuff going on here!! Purely disgusted!!!! Rude disgusting old man with a filthy mouth!!! Karma is all I gotta say!! This place needs to be checked for illegal activity for sure!!!

Same day, within 1 hour of arrival, I was able to get my son's truck inspected! No complaints! Workers were friendly and polite!! I will be a repeat customer!
