Best tow service I've ever received. Dylan was super nice and attentive. I broke down 1.5 hours from home on a back road on the way to Maple Grove racetrack and Dylan delivered my car safe and sound to my dad's shop. My tow was provided by AAA. AAA and Mack's saved the day and without them, things would have been so much worse for me since I was so far from home.

In the last few years, Mack's has towed my car several times through AAA. They are always efficient and reliable, and fairly quick. This past Tuesday they showed up in less than 15 minutes when a hit-and-run crash left my car stranded blocking 4 roads. The driver was friendly and experienced. I am happy to recommend them at least for towing service. (Be advised that if they need to do any accident cleanup, they'll charge you directly since AAA doesn't reimburse them for that. That fee seemed a little high but it was a job well done.)

Was told that me or my wife needed to take an uber... was over 40 miles from home. They offered no help to resolve the issue, I used AAA to obtain help, I have never been told before that they can only take one passenger especially because aaa has accommodated this in the past. I also told them there was 2 people in the car. I will be canceling my aaa membership and never use these guys again. The lady who took the phone call gave a big attitude and huffed and puffed, I wish I recorded the call.

I had Nick help tow my vehicle for AAA. I was very impressed with his service. He was kind, very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get my vehicle out of a weird spot even with no working breaks.

Called AAA for a tow and got David i believe when he showed up I explained what happened and he asked me to open the hood and he found a nut that a squirrel put in and must of knocked off the thing to keep my car from shifting into park. He poped it back in and I was able to drive my car home! He was super nice and respectful and glad he was able to save me from towing and having to get a rental!
