Here is my personal experience with 'Mac's Auto co.' My husband and I had being interested in a vehicle from here, as we put in the apllication and submitted thr needed paper work, I have to say, the customer service seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. We hadn't heard of an approval for acouple of days , as monday passed we wondered what was the status of an approval. My husband personally received a call from the bank stating an approval, and had also wondered if we were still interested in the vehicle. Concerned and confused my husband explained that we had not received ANY sort of contact from the dealer.
