Mac's Auto World

I purchased a used CR-Z coupe here and have had it for about 5 months now. The buying experience was nothing like some other car dealerships. It was very straight forward, there was nothing sleezy about it like some used car dealerships, and I walked away pleased instead of drained. I am taking away one star because the car needed brakes all around when I bought the car, and that is something they should have fixed before even selling the car. I noticed the front brakes needed replacing about a month after buying the car and they replaced them for no charge. I didn't notice the rear brakes until a few months later and just had them replaced on my own. Otherwise the car is in great shape and it was a very pleasurable buying experience.

We bought a Honda Odyssey at Mac's Auto World in July 2018. A year later and the car is still working great and running smoothly. A few small issues, but nothing major or mechanical. They were so very helpful showing us the different Odysseys, explaining the features, and giving general information that led us to realize what we needed and wanted. Both Chris and Alan were great to work with. They were upfront about any little issues it had, and they did not pressure us to buy, which I'm very sensitive to. Overall, a really perfect buying experience and we were thrilled. Thank you!

I was really interested in a car there and met with Chris for a test drive. He was on his own trying to get work done and made sure to make time for me. The car looked great, but had an issue I was concerned about. He did his best to research and fix the issue, but was unable to resolve it. I had told him I'd be looking for another car today. I did, and found what I was looking for elsewhere. However, I wanted to comment in reviews about the great customer service. Chris left a great impression. I feel like he genuinely wants to offer a fair deal and is very responsive to the concerns of the customer. So although it didn't work out this time, based on my experience, I'd definitely go back. Bought an Audi from here a few days ago and the experience was quite pleasant. Alan is a good guy and is super genuine. I was hassling him with TONS of questions for days about the car and he was glad to answer all of them. He was happy to let me take it to my mechanic before buying, and the purchasing process was nothing short of purely professional. I would recommend using Mac's.
