Mac's Supersonic Wash

I had a fantastic experience at Mac’s Supersonic Wash! The whole process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. My car came out spotless and shining, both inside and out, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was done right.

I love Macs! They really pay attention to details and care. I was outside trying to change my plates and a lovely gentleman came out and help me, even when it’s 15 degrees out. I also love that it’s a touch less car wash! There’s so many great things about this place, and not many people come here enough!

I'm from an out of state city that keeps our cars clean and has a club carwash membership. I found this place and 10/10 recommend. Staff was great and my car was clean afterwards. I will keep going back while here.

I have grime, dirt, and what looks like wax still on my car after paying 25 for the highest wash. It looks sloppy and I have residue in blotches all over my vehicle. It would've been courteous if the attendant who toweled down my car would've admitted my car needed to go through again and just let me while I was there. Instead I get home and notice whitish dingy streaks, places on my windshield that weren't even touched, and bug residue still on my grill.

I went for the works interior cleaning and my car was a disaster! The glass was the worst ever to the point of being dangerous in certain lighting, so I called and they said bring it back down. I took it back in pointed to the problem areas and they still left my glass in terrible condition because you could tell they didn't want the work and made me have to clean my car after a second visit and wasting my time and more importantly my 45 bucks. Shawn was supposedly the manager when I asked for one and got no apology and said we just wipe it down for maybe 20 minutes which is not long enough to get it right obviously! Stay away if you want a job well done on your prized possession!!
