Mad 4x4

My wife & I were traveling towards Lake Granby when our toy hauler had some tire issues. We limped it to Stillwater Campground where we were staying for a week & I called around for pricing & availability. Fiona @ Mad 4x4 was not only available when I called but quickly got me pricing & said they’d have the tires the next day. I removed the bad ones & took them over to Mad 4x4 which wasn’t only 10 minutes away where they fit my in & had them put on in no time. They text you when the work is done so you can go about your day. They mainly do off road stuff for vehicles but were extremely helpful to my specific needs.

Being a 60 something woman traveling alone with my dog and I really needed my oil changed before I made a trip over 1000 miles. There was a snow storm coming and I had to get out ahead of it and the guys squeezed me in to their morning and got me going. I am moving to Granby and am thrilled to have found a shop to help me build up my Jeep. The guys really know their stuff and I will be thrilled to get my lift and bumpers/winch etc installed with their help. Thanks guys for helping me out of a bad situation! Great service!

I’m pretty aggravated with these guys. The customer service for one was awful. The guy would not look at me. The guy would not talk to me. They put the wrong oil in my Jeep and I said I did not want synthetic oil in my jeep. They went ahead and did it anyways did not offer to fix the problem And overcharged me! Save yourself the money go to Jiffy Lube. They have phenomenal customer service get into detail about asking what you really want on your vehicle. These guys get two very enthusiastic thumbs down.

Michael and Randon went above and beyond to help us on a Holiday weekend. Michael helped facilitate getting our Toyota 4Runner over to his shop same morning of the issue on a heavy snow day. We live next to the shop so he pulled it over himself. The gas tank issue was quickly resolved. The communication and service was top tier.

From Fraser to Granby, this place is the only shop I have found that will not rip you off. Good and honest work, highly recommend
