M.A.D. Auto Detailing

I have been in search for a quality mobile detailing company for months. I have researched several and looked at many. I came across M.A.D. and to say that I am happy that I did is an understatement. Eric did an excellent and outstanding job. My car looks like it came right from the factory. Not only did he take his time and spend more time on my car than promised, he is friendly, meticulous and passionate about what he does. I will definitely be booking with him again. Thanks Eric!!!!

I scheduled online and the day of the appointment, I got an e-mail from the owner stating that he wasn't supposed to be scheduled due to family obligations. OK, no problem. Rescheduled for the next week. Never showed, never called, never returned my calls. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely passionate about what they do! Did an excellent job on our vehicle and was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Will definitely use again. 10/10

Canceled on me multiple times and didn’t let me know he couldn’t make it until after time of appointment or less than an hour from it. Extremely inconsiderate of his customers time. How disappointing!
