In July of 2014 we drove from Missouri and rented a Class C RV from Mountain Road. We proceeded to have a very memorable first RV experience! The guys at Mountain Road were quite helpful and accommodating. They patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we understood how everything worked on the RV. The price was great! Very straight forward without all of the extra fees of the larger rental chains. Maine is very beautiful. If you're going to see it, stop by Mountain Road RV and let these guys show you how! We travel full time & our fridge went out in June. My wife contacted Mountain RV & spoke with Katie. We were in Long Beach Washington at the time but we were not staying anywhere longer than a week week until we got to Maine for September. Katie made us an appointment. We showed up the day after Labor Day. Every one who works there was great. After some testing...it was determined we needed a new fridge. They installed it...price was fair. Scott the Tech was very knowledgeable, a gentleman who's been repairing RVs a long time. Two weeks later we have a working fridge and we're pleased. Took them 3 hours to take out the old & put in the new! Thank you to Katie & Scott! We appreciate you both!

Awesome experience!! Had a problem while traveling thru the area & called 5 min. before closing. They waited for us & not only had the part we needed, but John took the time to give us helpful instructions. He also fixed our hot water tank problem. We were out of there in under an hour. They couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. My friend, the RV owner said "BEST RV Dealer I've ever dealt with!" They saved the day for us. Thanks, guys!!!

Always friendly staff. Last year bought a rim for 35.00 this year they wanted 100.00. They compromised at 70.00. the rim was for a 1967 camper and had been sitting in the elements sunk in the ground. Took a while but I was finally able to jack it up and get the tire off. Love this place.
