Work was done to fix water pump seal. Heat/defrost was supposed to be fixed as a result. By the time I returned to Kansas, no more heat/defrost. Very congenial owners. Subzero weather in Kansas, I'll be driving our Jeep instead of the Nitro. Still need working defrost/heat. $550 repair not an entire waste, got me home without freezing.

They do excellent engine work and even offered to come in on their day off so I could pick up my vehicle. These people really care about their customers from my experience.
