My car overheated late in the day and they still came through for me. Took him 30 minutes to get to me. Even though they were about to close the guys stayed and helped me out big time. I was able to get back to DE with no issues. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Will definitely be back in the future!

They contract with Avis roadside assistance. I got locked out of my car due to a faulty fob. Avis connected me here, and they gave me 3 different ETAs, it took an hour and a half before I was able to solve my own problem and get back in the car because I was tired of waiting. I was leaving, and called them out of courtesy to let them know I got into my vehicle and never mind. He yelled at me through the phone, obviously mad I solved my own problem, and then insisted that I come back and let him tow the car anyway! (?) “I’m only 5-10 minutes away”. He’d been “5-10 minutes away” for an hour. Told him he could pick the car up from Avis because that’s where I’m going and I’m not waiting for him for another hour and a half when the car doesn’t need to be towed. George was quite literally our superhero last night. When everyone and everything failed us for hours and hours on the side of the road, George saved us, our car, and gave us a great story. I would recommend this towing company to everyone in Philly.

I called roadside assistance to have my big passenger van towed waited for the tow truck they never came. Called made menz and the driver came and handled my van with care and was very professional. I recommend made menz for all your roadside service.
