Yeah, I wouldn’t even take my car here to get an oil change I can’t prove anything, but it’s kind of funny that my brakes weren’t making any noise until I took it to him. The first time first is my driver side brake that needed replaced and I was like OK I’ll do it myself. Take it to him so he can finish it next thing you know the passenger side break is now bad you were warned. Let alone six days after this guy had my car. It was rendered useless six days. I took it back to him the guy like oh no that’s a motor noise so I run the code. the code tells me that it’s my crankshaft have a different business removetiming cover and valve cover on the motor and there’s nothing wrong. My roommate has gone to Glen before and did great work in a very timely fashion! I had something wrong with my rear wheel and he got me in immediately, tossed her up on the lift, and told me it was the caliper. Told me he could get it done in about an hour which was perfect cause I needed it by the next day. Finished in an hour and everything was taken care of! Great service and good prices! Can't beat it. Highly recommend 💯

Literally extortion. Failed me on an inspection for my brakes that have less than 15,000 miles on them. I've worked as a mechanic for 10 years. They are fine. Then proceeded to charge me for the entire inspection price, and would only accept cash (so I couldn't file a fraud claim through VISA). This is illegal. You can only charge for the portion of the inspection that is failed. It's said that mechanics get such a terrible name from people like this that take advantage of people they "think" don't know anything about cars. There are some good ones out there but this ain't it. Follow up: After going literally down the street, the mechanic there said it was a common occurrence and they had people come in all the time with the same story. Passed with flying colors on my "dangerous brakes"
