I've had multiple disappointing experiences with this service department, and the issues have only gotten worse over time. Communication is consistently poor — I rarely receive updates unless I reach out myself, and even then, I'm usually sent to my advisor’s voicemail, which is never returned. Even asked on multiple times to have the service manager call me and that never happened either. My car was in the shop for over 40 days without a proper fix, and getting clear, honest answers has been nearly impossible. When I finally picked up my vehicle, the so-called “completed repairs” were unacceptable. Had an amazing experience with Madera Auto Center buying my 2022 Dodge Charger RT Daytona edition. Manny helped me out and I can’t speak of how insightful he really was, he made sure to give the best experience and value of what I got. Also Robert the manager was very kind and even gave me helpful tips for certain insurances to use so it wouldn’t be so high. Overall I’d give this place a 5/5 and definitely do recommend doing business here, you will not be disappointed!

I was in the market for a new truck and after considering a Ford Maverick I realized the truck pricing is Sky high right now. I've been in the business and know how it works, so I went to Madera Auto Center/Madera Toyota with low expectations. Isabel did a great job on my behalf during the negotiations and after we came to an agreement Tony in finance was great. Neither of them were pushy and I felt comfortable during the entire process.
