I'd give negative stars but that's not possible. They had my car in the shop for 4 MONTHS and finally said it's ready... They give the key back like this, the steering column is all out of wack, the trunk no longer opens, and the A/C no longer works.... Avoid this place at all costs. They charged us $2,347.13 (update) they also never put back the cap for the windshield wiper fluid.

Apps tell you car is ready, but the staff don't know what the app is doing. I started with one star. I added another because they were getting better. They have the potential to be great because they have the other little things like protecting your car. Communication is where they need work.

Went to have my oil changed then have to go back because they had oil On the oil filter housing and skip plate service advisor said that they just did not clean it up correctly when they did the oil change can't people just do things right the 1st time?

That lie I went in for a Diagnostics stop the Diagnostics and told me that the car was ruined and no good and I needed to buy a new one I went and had it checked by a legitimate place called Les Schwab they finished the Diagnostics and the car is not ruined so they lied
