Going back home to NTex on Sunday with a 20’ Conex on my gooseneck trailer and had a blow out. Come to find out both U-bolts and plate had come off one end of the axle. Got to Madill Tire and they were closed. While we were deciding what to do the owner came along to get something from the office. I asked him to look at it and see if it was something they could fix on Monday. Instead he went and got some help and fixed it right then. So happy that they did something that they didn’t have to do and charged a more than fair price. Support these fellas every chance you get, Madill!

I called this place to see if they had any used tires and all I wanted was the tire. Well I told them I would be there in 30 minutes. They said they would have everything ready to go for me and I could just pay and be on my way. Well I get to the shop and they was busy helping another customer which I get first come first serve. I waited for them to finish with that customer and then I asked again if I could go ahead and pay for the tire I called about that was supposed to be sitting to the side for me. Another customer shows up and they completely ignored me and proceeded to help that customer. I then asked again if I could just pay for the tire and I would load it myself. Again I'm getting ignored and the only one who was willing to help was this 5-6 year old little boy. At this point I
