I usually do alignment and oil change here. I recently charged all my brake pads,rotors and 1 wheel bearing for my Lexus. Very affordable and I didn't have a long wait.

In this place, they took me as a fool today. I showed today after 11am with a flat tire to be checked up after it was patched by my mechanic in North Carolina, who told me that still was a leak and needed to buy another one. I was coming to Gaithersburg and couldn't get a tire before. So, I decided to get a used one temporarily. It was too hot, and the guy offered to drive us to a place where we could eat not too far away because it was going to take a while to be fixed. Like an hour later, my sis and I walked back to tires 4 all mechanics, and the tire was already installed. I saw the tire but not the rim. I went to get gas, and when I was holding the gas's nozzle, I noticed that my rim it was so banged and dented. I went back and told them that, that was NOT the original rim. Of course

Went for an alignment, the first time the steering wheel was not align so I turned back and waited for another alignment, over all more than 2 hours. Not to mention my steering wheel emblem got scratched during the service. When I got in to my car I found grease on every part that was touched during the service (door, steering wheel, stick shift, floor, etc). A good thing I can say, they were open on Saturday, but it wasn't worth the time, scratched emblem and dirt left in my car.

They don’t know how to fix vehicles at all, absolutely. When he started to unscrew the bolt, it broke, it happens. But when I told him to fix it, he said that it was too late today, and you can drive on four bolts. This is not normal.

I love these guys! They are quick, courteous, and very reasonably priced!! I've been there before years ago and the waiting area is still small, but looks far better. I like that they are fair, tri-lingual (English, Español, and French maybe), and are quick. The parking is not ideal, but for the great service, price, and respect you get, it's a decent trade off. I will recommend and would return. Alberto rocks!! Changed out a new tire for me with TPM in less than 30min.
