I have been a customer here, and I’ve noticed how much the quality of service has declined. Their prices are not the cheapest, and for that reason, good service should be expected. I don’t know if management is not supervising employees properly or what the issue is, but this is the third and last time I will come, because I won’t be returning. Paying $70 for a car wash should result in a spotless vehicle, yet several times I’ve had to finish cleaning it myself at home because they rush through the job and leave it dirty. Some might say I should have mentioned it right away, but that’s not my responsibility. I am paying for a professional service, not a quick rinse I could get elsewhere for much less. Brought in my black Lincoln Navigator, paid the “large SUV” premium, and left with dirty rocker panels, water spots, and untouched lower doors—the exact areas any real hand wash pre-treats and scrubs. Photos don’t lie. When I pointed it out, the manager’s defense was: “That’s a high-impact area… and it’s a very big car.” That’s why I paid more. Money and time, wasted $90 (tax + tip) pissed away. I even tried to upgrade to the ~$150 detail to get it done right. I asked for credit for my original $75 wash toward the balance. Just got my windows tinted and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole process was quick, professional, and the quality of the tint is perfect. The car looks way better now and the heat reduction is noticeable immediately in the Miami sun. Big shoutout to Ray for taking care of everything and making sure the job was done right. Avoid this place, over priced and not great service at all. They scratched all 4 of my gloss black wheels. Spoke to a manager on how to make it right , told me to kick rocks. Avoid this place or check your wheels. Terrible service
