Update: There’s a phone number at the office. I contacted them and received a response within less than two hours, which I thought was pretty quick. They rectified it by giving me a partial refund. I wasn’t looking or asking for a full refund, since I actually needed to wash my van. They refunded me based on my usage. Note: If there’s no one in the office, see the staff at the automated car wash. Again, thank you for resolving the situation, it is greatly appreciated!! Previous review: Used my card to pay and the machine won’t shut off. It keeps racking up the time on the wash and charging my card. I finished my wash around 5 minutes 30 seconds and right now the time is up to 17 minutes. The directions say to push the button to stop but the button isn’t working. Frustrated

The self serve bays are great! Absolutely love the soap and pressure on all the settings. The automatic car wash is not recommended, you will not get your money's worth. At the highest level wash, many of the nozzle are not spraying or have so little pressure, the water doesn't even reach the car. I use to have a monthly subscription but I canceled because I don't get what I pay for. Please address the performance of your machine. The monthly subscription use to be worth it!

The staff are AWESOME ! but that place rips u off, they took 20 dollars off my debit card for a 75cent shamy towel and a 2.50 can of tire spray and the week before they charged my card 20.00 for a 7 dollar wash. all i can say is definitely USE CASH ONLY!!!

Used a CC for the first time at a car wash. It's convenient in that I didn't have to keep stopping to add money. However; the timer rounds UP to the next dollar! I turned it off at 13:10 but it kept going to 14. The water pressure was excellent. The brush had an exceptional amount of thick, soapy suds pouring out of it. Overall it was good experience. I will return and I recommend this car wash.

Wow, this place is absolutely amazing. It’s a big car wash with a lot of bays everything seemedto work, at least for me, just can’t say enough about it and the price is good too - $2.75 for three minutes. But the best part, as a dog owner, is the pet wash. It’s five bucks for 10 minutes comes with shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, just a great place, five stars.
