Magic Mobile Detailing

This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. We agreed on $300 for a full interior detail, a price he quoted — not me. I trusted that quote and expected professional results. What I got instead was a rushed, half-done mess that looked like someone barely tried. When I inspected my vehicle, there was still visible trash, areas that were clearly not vacuumed, and the floors looked like they were barely touched. It honestly looked like maybe 20 minutes of effort was put into something that was supposed to be a full detail. The worst part wasn’t even the terrible quality — it was the attitude. I had requested quotes from 4 other places, all of them charging over 200 dollars for detail, some of them add an extra fee for clay bar. I had a very competitive rate, and only went over due to me requesting an additional service on the spot. Very professional, was able to fit me into his schedule the next day I requested an appointment. It took about 2 hours, but my car is cleaner than ever! In the 8 years I've had this car, I had never had it detailed and was very surprised at the results. He even did the clay bar on the roof of my car which was amazing, I hadn't seen the silver roof of my car in a long time. It just sucks that I live in a complex with no covered parking, and I have 2 trees right above that just constantly drips sap. I've learned my lesson, keep your car clean and wash

Absolutely DISAPPOINTED!! I called him and he sound professional he came looking professional but let me tell you the quality and his techniques were not professional. I looking for a detailer and he isn’t no detailer at all I shocked that it even says he has 5+ year of experience. He didn’t even dry off the wheels and cause bad water stains on BLACK RIMS. I doubt he even used wheel cleaner due to old dirt still left behind after he “clean them”, and when he left soooo much hazy residue after he waxed my truck. I have to wipe the whole truck down and his helper that came in her own car did a horrible job in the interior, she missed so many spots she didn’t even clean the surface. She just quickly wiped down the surfaces with shiny Protector to make it appear clean but they was stingy with

Excellent quality work, Kurt is the man you want detailing your vehicle. He came on a cold, dark, rainy day and worked in my carport for several hours getting my truck cleaned up. Despite the poor lighting he was able to get my truck 99% looking like new, and as soon as the weather cleared up he was back to make sure any little spots he missed got taken care of. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again, thank you Kurt!

Before/After pics. Kurt did an excellent job at a very fair price. He was on time and knocked the job out in an hour. Car was very clean and fresh. Got out old stains and scents. Very satisfied. Will definitely use him again.
