Came here the first time with truck the underneath was so rusty and muffler was sounding weird. I was met with great customer service, the front desk girl was very respectful and helpful, then came victor he took time and inspected the truck and gave a very honest diagnosis, told me what options I have towards the repairs.. no pressure, just options and what the outcome results will be. At end I was pleased with the repairs I picked.. very reasonable and affordable price..

Had a great first experience here after being referred by another shop. They were super polite on the phone and got me in before my appointment. Assessed what needed to be done and didn’t insist on replacing exhaust components that were still in good shape. We also discussed work that could be done in the future that wasn’t necessary right now. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve used Magic Muffler before and everything went smooth with the work quality and scheduling. Today 9/4/24 I show up to my appointment that was set the day prior 9/3/2024 for 4pm. I show up right at 4pm and both bays for exhaust are filled, No problem they get my car in about 15 minutes later. The owner comes out after we discussed what I wanted (super simple, re-run new pipe exactly how the factory exhaust pipe was ran, and add an exhaust tip), $340 for that, a little high but it is what it is. I let them know they are good to go. My car sits on the lift in the air for another 45 minutes (now being right at 5pm), the shop manager comes out to tell me that they will not be working on my car at all because the job I wanted was going to take 2hrs+. I can't say enough about tge service! I thought i had a muffler issue turns out my upper motor mount had collapsed. The gentleman that helped showed me the problem and also showed the difference between the new part and my part and I was shocked to see how bad it was. Nevertheless they had it fixed in mo time and I now get to enjoy a peaceful quiet drive again! Thanks Magic Muffler!

Great custom muffler shop and quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I ran into alignment issues installing an aftermarket exhaust and needed custom work to make it work. The guys at Magic Mufflers put it on the lift and were transparent about what needs to be done and gave me an estimate that was fair. The final fitment was great and the car sounds great! I paid right around their initial estimate and no surprises. Highly recommend this shop for custom exhaust work!
