Magic Sparkle Automatic and Self-Serve Car Wash

Just an FYI, when weather is decent, hell, even raining, I'd be here at least every other week spending almost $200 or more! Not because it was expensive but because I wanted to take my time and my trk needed the attention! I used to love this place and the staff I always dealt with was an african american man which was awesome! Tonight, it's been a whole different story, It took me $6 just to vacuum the back floorboard and the last two times I've been here, the vacuums haven't worked very well anyway. The man I dealt with tonight kind of acted likeI was bothering him and wasn't very friendly at all! Needless to say, I'm leaving to see if I can't find a new car washed to use from now on! Man, I'm so disappointed.

Definitely one of the better ones in Louisville plus I like for the washing they use hot water breaks dirt up very good 🤘🤘🤘

Didn’t get a chance to use the self-service bay. It’s a nice day so I expected it to be busy. There was no signage directing how/where cars should be pulling in. When I pulled in from around the back, which I had seen other cars do, an attendant came and yelled asking why I pulled in that way. He directed me to fix the way I had pulled in. I just left because of his attitude. Get some signage maybe. Shame because the reviews seemed good. Edit to respond: there were no signs. If there were, then they’re not effective. Wasn’t trying to vacuum my car for free. I do that at home with my shop vac. Still don’t see the need for yelling when it was a chaotic day and there were cars going both ways.

I love this place.. littlerly the only touchless car was in Louisville that actually cleans your car.... has a free vacuum, place is clean and safe feeling, and to top it off the owner is one hell of guy that treats his customers right

They broke my $200 Airlift controller by smashing it between the seats. They tried to say they didn't do it but the guy who vaccumed the car came out to confirm that my controller was on my dashboard and working before the dry off team touched it. They said they are not responsible for my loss.
