I strongly recommend Magnolia Senior Living. It's the staff that takes care of my sister that has impressed me. The staff genuinely takes interest in my sister's unique needs. If you are evaluating a facility for a loved one focus on the staff that will actually be care for you loved one. It will make all the difference in their comfort and well-being. If there is high turnover in the support staff then the staff is probably not happy. If the staff isn't happy in what they are doing your loved ones probably will not be happy there. This why I have been impressed with Magnolia.

I called to let my parents Carmella Anne & John Vincent Beirne Know I was going in for cancer surgery. The message was passed on and my mother called back. I got cut off because my mom's phone is not working well. I called back, within working hours,and no answer. After a half an hour of calling with no answer I selected option 3 on there switchboard hoping someone would finally pick up. Instead I got a lady who used to work there cell phone. She had no Idea her cell phone was an option. So I kept calling for another 45 minutes. Finally the admin answers and tells me my parents don't want to talk to me. Magnolia Assisted Living in Sun City Center, Florida, is a outstanding community for people needing assisted living or memory care. They offered my mom daily support, a social environment, and around-the-clock staff available for emergency support. My mom loved living at Magnolia because the care was catered to each individual, so she could remain as independent as possible. It is a small facility where everyone really gets to know each other. The food served is above restaurant quality and the service is excellent. The key point, however, is the quality of the staff. From management, to nursing staff, to activities director, to housekeeping, to maintenance staff, each and every person is caring, interested, and competent at what they do. We recently moved my mom into Magnolia Senior Living. It is a beautiful, clean facility with a very kind and friendly staff. Lee made the move-in process stress free. We feel very Blessed to have found a nice place for my mom. It has a very warm and inviting feel. All of the staff have been very attentive and welcoming. My mom has enjoyed the food too.

Magnolia is a one of a kind Assisted Living Facility. It's small, family run, new and very clean! For a new facility they certainly have mastered the art of it all: how to care for an older population of residents with dignity and class! They are attentive and are always empathetic. They have mastered this often difficult world with style! My mother always loved and looked forward to the food there. That, coming from her was a true compliment.
