I just want to share how great this service has been. The people there are always super helpful and they never charge unless there’s actually something specific that needs fixing. One time they even fixed my car mirror for free, which I really appreciated. They also give honest advice instead of trying to sell you stuff. Definitely a place I trust and recommend

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Main St Auto in Everett. I came in for a simple oil change, but what I got was sloppy, careless work and a blatant scam. Not only did they fail to perform the oil change properly, but they didn’t reinstall parts correctly. After the service, I drove on the highway and immediately felt something dragging — turns out the engine splash shield was hanging and touching the road. When I returned to the shop, the guy told me that “once you change the oil, the screws are designed to break” and I’d need to replace them myself. What kind of nonsense is that? I went to change two tires and have them installed in the front, then move the other two tires to the back. The employee told me the price was $30 per tire ($60 total). When I asked if he could do $25 each, he said the $30 already included $10 for moving the rear tires back after installation. I agreed to the $60 total. He told me it would take 10 minutes, but I waited more than an hour and a half. After the work was finished, they tried to charge me $75, claiming there was an extra service that was never clearly explained. The manager spoke to me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, as if I was begging over a price they originally gave me. I insisted on paying the agreed $60. The long wait, poor communication, and bad treatment made this a very frustrating experience.
