I had an unfortunate experience here recently. I was near the property trying to help a stray dog when it ran into their lot. I asked permission to go after it, was told no, and respected that by leaving. Despite that, the police were called. I was surprised and disappointed by how the situation was handled — it felt unnecessary and unkind, especially since I was only trying to help an animal in distress. I hope the business will show more understanding and compassion toward others in the future.

Can not say enough about the outstanding service that I received. I broke down traveling from Florida to Kentucky. They ordered the parts that day, and had me back on the road the next morning. From the office to the shop everyone was so helpful. I can't thank you all enough.
