I've been bringing my vehicle to Main Street Automotive for several years now, and there's a simple reason why: trust. They fix the problem correctly the first time and treat their customers fairly—no upselling, no games, just honest work. Unlike the big box dealerships that are always looking for something to sell you, Main Street actually cares about getting it right. It's refreshing to find a shop that still understands how business should be done. Highly recommend.

My car broke down on a Sunday while visiting from out of town. I had the car towed to their shop and headed home to Miami. The Main Street team called me during the week to keep me updated on progress and arranged for me to be able to pick up the following Sunday, without any extra charges for leaving my car for so long. I really appreciate their honesty and flexibility and how accommodating they were, even though we never actually met in person!

I had the most frustrating experience with Tim. From the moment he answered the phone, he was already complaining and in a terrible mood. He insisted he had never quoted me anything, and his negativity only escalated from there. As he looked up my vehicle, instead of being helpful, he just kept grumbling and making snide remarks. It felt like I was bothering him simply by asking for assistance! To top it all off, after all his complaining, he actually told me to go somewhere else before hanging up on me. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will absolutely never go back to this place again, and I strongly advise others to stay away as well. Save yourself the headache!
