Main Street Tire

I called about new tires and was told they could be in with an hour's advance notice. The day of I called in the morning to say we would be by in the afternoon. We arrived, no tires. We were told to come back the next day. We returned only to learn after waiting that the requested tires were not received but a lesser quality set were available. In need of tires and bad weather predicted, we agreed after being assured they were safe by the manager. We noticed when we left that the new tires were loud, but we went home and thankfully didn't need the car in the ice or snow. When we first ventured out after the weather passed, the "loud tires" were worsening. We stopped and returned home. Upon inspection we found the problem - missing and loose lug nuts. Edit: I checked all my wheels after and another stud was so incredibly tight that I had to break it to take it off. Both on the same side of the car. If you guys can't properly tighten lug nuts, why would I trust you or your "mechanic" to fix it? It was definitely your guys that did it. The next day I happened to get a nail in my tire and had to remove the wheel to plug it. You can deny it, it doesn't matter, I fixed my car myself. I'm just warning other people because a mechanic would probably charge $200 each to fix a broken stud. Don't go here. They tightened the lugs nuts so tight that I broke one trying to take the wheel off. We bought this car new and have been taking good care of it, not a single issue until now. Now I have to replace this stud but also check all the other ones on

I went there today at 9:30 am waited 45 minutes. I told him l had a slow leak in my front tire. Took my tire off Found the leak said he didn't have time to patch it at 10:15 because he wanted to leave at noon. This isn't the first time. I just been letting it go. But this is the last time I'm going there.I've been taking all my vehicles there The first day they opened.

First time going there. He told me what was the issue. The few days later, he told me a different thing..Seems they guess and make it sound so professional...Sat there and seems they talk junk about people and complain about the jobs. Wouldn't trust the mechanics there. Been here 2x and not again.
