5 Star plus Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a blowout on 165 about 30 minutes from BG. He took us to the tire store in BG then to a hotel and offer to take us to dinner. His fee was very reasonable. Thanks Brandon for all the help!!

Mr. Brandon Thomas the owner of this business is more than just a businessman, he's a gentleman and a person who goes 110% out of his way to assist a traveling stranger in need. I'm currently traveling around the country and as I was passing through Hartford, KY, my vehicle broke down. Luckily for me, someone called Main Street Towing on my behalf. Mr. Thomas arrived within minutes and tried numerous things to get my vehicle started. With no luck, I needed to call the Road Side Assistance of the manufacturer of my brand new 2022 vehicle to get authorization for a tow. After being on the phone nearly 1.5 hours with Roadside Assistance looking for a Dealer that would accept my vehicle, Mr. Thomas waited right there with me in the 90+ degree weather. In fact he even took it upon himself

Brandon was very helpful and thorough in taking his time to pull my car out of a deep ditch that could have caused more damage to the vehicle if he had not taken his time and analyzed the situation with my father to determine the best outcome. I blew a tire on my way home from working in Tennessee with my wife at 7am. After calling several towing companies and being quoted more than I could afford just for the tow, I was given Mr. Brandons number by one of the other tow companies. I called him and explained the situation, that I needed either donut tire, a used tire, or a tow home but that I had a pretty limited budget. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he told me he would look for a tire that would fit at his shop and if he couldn’t find one he would tow me home within my budget. He ended up finding a used tire, and towed my car to his shop to mount it, all for less than either a tow or a new tire would have cost through anyone else. I highly recommend Main Street Towing and will be sure to go through them in the fut
