I bought my first car from Maine’s Auto Connection almost 2 years ago. The car has been perfect for me with no problems. Alex made sure I was comfortable with the process, worked hard to get me into the vehicle and worked very well with me. They worked on my brakes, replaced my battery and windshield. I will always, always recommend them to my friends in Maine! Thank you guys!

What a cool car buying experience! I accidentally asked if the car was available (instead of sending to my husband!). I was immediately responded to by Nicki. Six days later the car is in my garage and we made four new friends! Cleanest garage I’ve ever seen! Alex and James were incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and wait for it… HONEST! I drove my 2006 Mercedes to this location in Windham to have the brakes fixed! And because the car, a second car for me, sat outside in the yard for a few years. Something you should never do. Cars need to be used not sitting. I drove up to the door and I had four technicians and mechanics direct me into the shop. These guys all went to work on the car and to make a long story short replaced the tires , brake pads and rotors , oil pan and gasket, front shocks and springs suspension arms and many other electrical components that I gave up on, including the automatic shifter. They gave me a ride home and by the time I arrived the next day all the work had been completed with new inspection. All at a very reasonable price I couldn’t get elsewhere. We worked with Alex and Nikki, both were super friendly and great to work with. Nikki got all of the paperwork squared away in no time at all. Alex was able to answer all of my questions, had the carfax printed and ready before we arrived, and even pulled the car onto a lift so I could inspect every inch. I have no complaints at all. Great company, great people. I’ll definitely be back for my next car.
