Paid way too much for half assed work. Used BS autozone parts and wouldn’t take/use my parts I got from BMW brand new. And still overcharged for parts and labor. Jeff knows an issue will happen/still there and won’t say anything and keep letting you spend money instead of fixing the root problem. He’s money hungry, got the car back with codes that weren’t there before. Barely speaks to his own customers and makes the front desk lady do all the talking. Paid over $1200+ for bs parts and labor pricing. Go somewhere else that will appreciate you and not give you problems with dollar signs in their eyes. Will not be coming back EVER!

Experienced, fair pricing, intelligent, trustworthy, and owned and operated by professionals. Service is always prompt and thorough. This is no surprise given the shop is a well-established fixture in the area, however, its ongoing excellence is noteworthy such that I encourage others to utilize their services.

HONEST!!!!! That should be all you have to read to take your vehicles here. I bought a used BMW X5 that was rigged every which way possible by the used car dealership mechanic, and Mair’s has helped me straighten out a lot of issues I’ve had with this car. This is a great establishment with knowledgeable mechanics!!!!!

I had repairs done on my car from this mechanic to solve some issues and got my car back and a check engine light came on immediately and was having oil flow problems so I actually park the car for a while and just used my other car. Due to events I had to go back to my vw so I dropped it off at Mairs on December 21 2020 to solve the oil flow issue. And granted I understand with covid and holidays that repairs could be delayed. I actually didn’t hear anything from them for almost a month and called. They told me that I needed a new oil pump and would order it. (Why they didn’t already order the oil pump I don’t know) so I was reasonable and just accepted my car wasn’t done yet but was guaranteed my car would be done within the next few weeks.
