You can tell they really know what they’re doing, everything was structured clearly, inventory was easy to look through, and they stayed on top of communication the entire time. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. Nothing felt rushed or confusing. I was looking for a 2013 Toyota Matrix (not easy to find) and Majestic Auto had a lower mileage example in good shape. I had done a lot of research and needed to examine the car. I met with Elvin, who generously allowed me time to run tests and examine the car from top to bottom. I was given the car for a test drive and satisfied myself that this car was in good shape, with damage from one minor collision which had been repaired. I was given a Car-Fax and maintenance records that covered the life of the vehicle.
